Who we are
DA Aesthetics is run by Devie Ann Shaw, a registered nurse, from Style Hair & Beauty, 6-8 High Street, Wing, Leighton Buzzard LU7 0NR. For anything about your personal information, email devie.shaw@da-aesthetics.co.uk.
What this website collects
This website does not use contact forms and does not ask for medical information. If you call, message or email, we use your details only to reply and arrange your appointment. Your medical history is taken at your face-to-face consultation and stored securely in our booking system.
Website analytics
We use Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool, to see anonymous totals such as how many people visit and which pages and buttons they use. It does not collect your name, contact details or any health information, and it does not identify you.
Our lawful basis
We use your contact details to take steps you have asked for, such as booking a consultation. Health information is used to provide safe care, under the health and social care condition of UK GDPR.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for as long as professional guidance and our insurers require. Contact details from enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it is used. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
