If you are unhappy with any part of your care, please tell Devie directly by email at devie.shaw@da-aesthetics.co.uk or by phone on 07748 828113. Every complaint is acknowledged and taken seriously.
What happens next
Devie will acknowledge your complaint, look into it fully and reply to you as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can raise concerns about a nurse's practice with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (nmc.org.uk).
